Advertiser / Arbitration of Disputes

Introduction: ZenChip PRIME Corp. and / or The VMax Brokers

If User is an Advertiser on vmaxbrokers.com or entertherealm,io (i.e. an company who, in contracting with Alchemy Studios, is acting for purposes which are outside User’s trade, business, craft or profession), Section 11 (b) and (c) of the User Terms shall not apply and Section10 and 11 (a) of the User Terms and 7 (b) of the Creator Terms shall not exclude or limit any party’s recourse to the courts.

Alchemy Studios is neither required nor willing to participate in any alternative dispute resolutions schemes with a consumer arbitration panel. Rather, Alchemy Studios strives to resolve any conflicts as set out in Section 10 of the User Terms. However, please note that the European Commission has set up an Online Dispute Resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ that provides information about alternative dispute resolution in the European Union that may be of interest.
