Only Users who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction or state of residence may engage in financial transactions on the VMax or entertherealm.io site(s), such as purchasing Land Titles and Preconstruction Certificates, Apex NFT Card Services, or VMax Brokers or The Realm Subscriptions.

User Responsibilities

When purchasing Land Titles and Preconstruction Certificates, Apex NFT Card Services, or a VMax Brokers or The Realm Subscription, you (or your Guardian, as applicable) represent and warrant that you have the right to use your selected payment method and that your payment method has enough credit available to complete the applicable transaction.

You further agree that you have read and agree to be bound by any applicable Additional Terms and that any information you provide in connection with any financial transaction on the VMax or entertherealm.io site(s), including without limitation the provision of a selected payment method, shall be subject to the privacy policy as outlined by the applicable payment service provider for that financial transaction.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe someone has gained access to or used your Account, including your payment method, without permission, you must notify Alchemy Studios as soon as possible by contacting Alchemy Studio Support. Alchemy Studios reserves the right to suspend any Account with unauthorized charges or to restrict an Account’s ability to purchase Land Titles and (PCC’S) Preconstruction Certificates, engage in Trades, and/or purchase Virtual Content and VMax Brokers or The Realm Subscriptions. (See Chargeback Policy below.)

Chargeback Policy

If you notice charges on your credit/debit card, PayPal, or Google Play account that you did not authorize, please contact Alchemy Studios Support before disputing any charges directly with your payment processor. Once a charge has been disputed with your payment processor, Alchemy Studios cannot issue a refund due to prohibitions under the payment provider’s dispute process.

Alchemy Studios reserves the right to suspend any Account with unauthorized charges or to restrict an Account’s ability to purchase Land Titles and Preconstruction Certificates, engage in Trades, and/or the purchase of Downloadable Virtual Content.
