You agree that you will be responsible for your use of the Services, and you further agree to defend and indemnify Alchemy Studios, LLC., The Realm™ VMax Brokers™ and the Affiliated Parties from and against every claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:
(a) Your access to, use of, or alleged use of the Services.
(b Your violation of any part of The Realm™ Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in The Realm™ Terms, or any applicable law or regulation.
(c) Your actual or alleged violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right, publicity or privacy right, property right, or confidentiality obligation; or
(d) Any Dispute or issue between you and any third party. The Realm™ reserves the right, at The Realm’s™ own cost, to take on the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to that matter), and in that case, you agree to cooperate with The Realm’s™ defense of that claim.
