VMax Brokers™ or The Realm’s™ Agent Membership

General Ownership

An “NFT Land Title” is the Official Land Block of The Realm’s entire Virtual World Ecosystem and Platform. Land Titles can be Purchased, Sold or Auctioned in The Realm™ Marketplace as well as Third-Party sites that accept them.

Preconstruction Certificates

Preconstruction Certificates are One-Of-A-Kind Digital Art and Collectibles. They have NO real World Value and cannot be redeemed for any monetary value (As Per Compliance of The New SEC Attack Force). These Certificates or FRACS are Fractional Ownership of The Realm’s thriving future Virtual Ecosystem and each one purchased is Subscription Based and with the (As Per Compliance of The New SEC Attack Force). With the understanding they are also completely worthless, a digital collectible and NOT A SECURITY.

Land Title and Preconstruction Trading

They can be traded for other locations on other Islands. They can also be used to acquire content such as other Virtual Items (defined below) or access to interactive content called “Membership” on The Site(s).

Land Titles are not a substitute for real currency, they do not earn interest, and have no equivalent value in real currency, nor do we sell them with any assured statement that they are a security, or they will ever increase in value. Land Titles are Collectibles and Original Artwork Owned by Alchemy Studios, LLC. and By Artist Joseph Hughes.

Except as otherwise outlined in the VMax Brokers Terms, Land Titles cannot be redeemed for any fiat currency, and VMax Brokers or The Realm is not obligated to exchange a User’s Land Titles for anything else of value.

Third Party Sales

If a Land Title or Preconstruction Certificate is sold on another site for any less or more value, we at Alchemy Studios, LLC. Or Vmax Brokers are held harmless of any liability or monetary damages resulting from the Auction, Sale, or Transfer of Virtual Items if they are converted to Real-World funds or other Digital Assets.

Third Party Actions

As NFT’s are currently being routinely attacked by government agencies, if an NFT Land Title sale today is allowed, and tomorrow the Third Party NFT sale is restricted, Blocked, In Violation of Third Party TOS or found questionable, VMax Brokers and Alchemy Studios cannot be held responsible for the Third Party TOS, Censorship or loss of funds.

Limited License to Use VMax Broker Agent Service

Please Note:

Land Titles have no equivalent value in Real World Currency. Except as specifically set forth in Section 4 of the Land Title or Preconstruction Certificate owner Terms, your acquisition or purchase of Land Titles only entitles you to receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Land Title:

(i) In connection with The Realm Platform to Build upon
(ii) For your personal entertainment only
(iii) Only in the ways permitted by VMax Brokers™ or The Realm™ under the applicable VMax Brokers™ or The Realm’s™ Terms.

Your Limited License to Use Land Titles May End If:

(i) You violate the VMax Brokers™ or The Realm’s Terms,
(ii) Your Account is suspended or terminated, or
(iii) These User Terms or the Platform are terminated.

Acquisition and Use of The Realm™ Land Titles

Land Titles may be acquired on the Platform in one of several ways. A User, Broker or Agent may acquire Land Titles:

(i) By purchasing or otherwise receiving Land Titles from VMax Brokers, The Realm™ Marketplace, Agents, Other Users, Members or The Realm™ 

(ii) By purchasing a Membership (“Apex NFT™ Platinum or Gold Agent” as more fully described in Section 3f below) that includes a certain stipend of Land Titles each month.

(iii) By trading Virtual Items with other Users (as described in Section 4c below); or

(iv) By other means that VMax Brokers or The Realm’s may introduce. Additionally, a Land Title or Preconstruction Certificate. A Land Title owner may earn a Land Titles as described more fully in Section 4 of the Land Title or Preconstruction Certificate owner Terms.

You may Use, Acquire, or Resell Land Titles, Preconstruction Certificates or Other Virtual Content through the Vmax Brokers or The Realm™ Platform and except as expressly allowed by VMax Brokers or The Realm’s under these VMax Brokers™ or The Realm’s™ Terms on other platforms that accept them as valid Minted NFT’s.

You May NOT reproduce another Member’s Serialized Land Title and Mint it again using your Smart Contract on The Blockchain and resell it as an authentic Land Title.

Any attempt to do so constitutes a violation of the VMax Brokers or The Realm’s Terms, will render the transaction void, and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your Account and your license to use Land Titles or Virtual Content.

VMax Brokers or The Realm™ does not recognize or take responsibility for ANY Third-Party Platform that may allow our Users to Sell, Transfer, Purchase, or otherwise use The Realm™ NFT Land Titles or Virtual Content, and any such use by a User is a violation of the VMax Brokers™ or The Realm’s Terms.

However, transferring an Account in connection with the sale of the Member(s) created or purchased content by that Account holder, pursuant to a valid written agreement, is permitted.

Only Users who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction or state of residence may purchase NFT Land Titles or engage in other real-money transactions on The Realm or VMax Broker Platform.

Land Titles Are Non-Refundable

Except as required by law, all payments for Land Titles are final and not refundable.

Land Titles Are Subject to Change

VMax Brokers or The Realm, each are One of a Kind, Designed, Serialized, , Minted on The Blockchain and otherwise Owned by Alchemy Studios, LLC. Artists and in their sole discretion, may implement changes to Land Titles at any time. This may include limiting the number of Land Titles that a User or Agent may acquire or possibly lowering or raising the purchase price of Land Titles based in whole or in part by scarcity of the digital artwork by the Artist or by government overreach and (Regulatory) Targeting of Blockchain Developers and Cryptocurrencies.

Except for the limited licenses granted to you under the VMax Brokers™ or The Realm’s™ Terms, under Alchemy Studios, LLC., VMax Brokers™ or The Realm™ has and retains all rights in and to Land Titles. This includes the right to modify, revoke, or even terminate your license to use Land Titles without notice, payment, or liability to you. VMax Brokers™ or The Realm™ makes no guarantees or warranties regarding Land Titles, their availability or value to ever increase.

The Apex NFT™ Platinum or Gold Agent Subscription

VMax Brokers or The Realm’s Apex NFT™ Platinum or Gold Agent is a renewing subscription that provides Users with certain additional benefits and discounts on the Platform (such as the ability to engage in a Trade or Resale, as those terms are defined in Section 4 below).

When you purchase a subscription to VMax Brokers as an Agent or Broker Package or with The Apex NFT™ Platinum or Gold Agent, you agree that your subscription service will automatically renew and that VMax Brokers or The Realm’s, through its payment provider, is authorized to charge your payment method accordingly until you cancel the subscription.

VMax Brokers™ or The Realm’s™ will notify you of any price increase or change to the subscription terms (such notification may be via any reasonable means). You may cancel VMax Brokers™ or The Realm’s Apex NFT™ Platinum or Gold Agent Subscription at any time by following the instructions available HERE.

Cancellation of Agent Services

If you cancel VMax Brokers or The Apex NFT™ Platinum or Gold Agent, you can still enjoy the benefits for the period for which you have already paid.
VMax Brokers or The Apex NFT™ Platinum or Gold Agent subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
