Alchemy Studios, LLC. / VMax Brokers™ and The Realm’s™ Anti-Money Laundering and KYC (Know Your Customer) as well as KYB (Know Your Business) Policy (hereinafter – the “AML/KYC Policy”) is designated to prevent and mitigate possible risks of Alchemy Studios, LLC. i.e., VMax Brokers™ or The Realm™ being involved in any kind of illegal activity.
Both international and local regulations require VMax Brokers™ to implement effective internal procedures and mechanisms to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, drug and human trafficking, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, corruption, and bribery and to act in case of any form of suspicious activity from its Users.

Alchemy Studios, LLC., VMax Brokers™ or The Realm™ Land Titles, NFT’S or PCC’s (Preconstruction Certificates) in a virtual decentralized world AKA The Realm™ on the Internet and personal privacy is the basis of this philosophy.
We do not need or want any information about the identities of the people using Our Platforms, i.e.; VMax Brokers™ or The Realm to deliver our service. Even in the case of Help Center inquiries, users are identified only by anonymous ID, which doesn’t consist of any personal data.

- Verification procedures One of the international standards for preventing illegal activity is customer due diligence (“CDD”). According to CDD, VMax Broker’s™ partners (not VMax Brokers itself) establish verification procedures within the standards of Anti-Money Laundering and “Know Your Customer” (KYC) frameworks.

Alchemy Studios, LLC. / VMax Brokers’ partners and Developers i.e., ZenChip PRIME™ Corp. reserve the right to verify User’s identity during the Purchasing of Cryptocurrencies, NFT’s or Exchange processes, according to their policies:
- Card verification Members who intend to use payment cards to buy cryptocurrencies have to pass card verification in accordance with instructions available in the Apex NFT Card Services Guide.
- We guarantee that we did not collect or store this data ourselves due to Third Party Verification. Therefore it can’t be sold or shared with any kind of third party by us or our platform agents.
